The newly renovated Lesslie School Business Center consists of approximately 38,000 square feet of office, warehouse, retail and general storage space, located at the intersection of Lesslie Highway and Schoolside Drive, less than two miles from Exit 77 on Interstate 77 in Rock Hill. The Center has a total of 18 individual units, which range in size and price to meet the needs of a wide variety of commercial and industrial uses.

There are several premium units fronting Lesslie Highway that currently are available for lease. Each 1,400-square-foot unit features a loading dock with roll-up door, central air-conditioning and heat, finished warehouse or showroom space, private office and bathroom. The rental rate for these premium units, including water, sewer and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges, is $750 per month.

The Center also has a number of other spaces, ranging from 1,800 square feet to more than 2,000 square feet. Each of these units features a loading dock with roll-up door, flexible warehouse space and bathroom. The rental rate for these units, including water, sewer and CAM charges, ranges from $500 to $600 per month.
